Life in Libya’s eastern port city of Benghazi, a base for oil firms, has largely come to a standstill since renegade general Khalifa Haftar declared war on the country’s Islamist militias. Haftar accuses the government of failing to tackle the rival militias. Tripoli has denounced Haftar as trying to stage a coup. CCTV’s Clementine Logan reports.
