Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has been publicly inaugurated as Malawi’s new president. Mutharika’s biggest task will be to revive Malawi’s economy, and he says he wants closer ties with both China and Russia. At the same time, it appears he’s extending an olive branch to his arch-rival, the outgoing President Joyce Banda. CCTV’s Jane Kiyo reports from Blantyre
