An Ethiopian entrepreneur is hoping to bring teff to Britain and beyond. It’s a tiny grain with a variety of uses, and impressive health benefits. It’s one of the reasons teff products have grown in popularity in the west in recent years. But a 2006 ban on exporting the grain is frustrating several entrepreneurs who have identified its business potential. Catherine Drew reports from London
