Rival political parties are spending the weekend in a desperate race for votes ahead of next Wednesday’s elections.Tens of thousands are expected to mass on Sunday at a major rally south of Johannesburg called by the African National Congress. Its main opposition, the Democratic Alliance, is taking its campaign into Soweto – traditionally, the ANC’s backyard.The country also is home to thousands of other Africans.And they too have a stake in the election outcome.CCTV’s Kofa Mrenje reports.
