Two decades after the Rwandan genocide claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, perpetrators and victims continue to find ways of reconciliation and healing. The government has now set up reconciliation villages around the country aimed at fostering unity and harmony between survivors and perpetrators. CCTV’s Carol Oyola tells us more.
