Besides, the third session of CIHN will be the opportunity to consider four draft agreements in the electricity and hydrocarbons, industrial engineering and management systems, as well as consulting and digital services.

Moreover, the Algerian-French partnership forum will hold its third meeting in order to define, encourage and boost the productive partnerships and accompany these enterprises and traders until the signing of a maiden agreement.

The third session of CIHN, which will be attended by the members of both governments, is expected to make an assessment of the bilateral roadmap resulted from the previous two sessions and the Joint Economic Committee between Algeria and France (COMEFA).

New goals in all the aspects of the bilateral relationship such as construction, industrial subcontracting, food, digital, health and vocational training will be fixed.

The High-level Intergovernmental Committee is a framework established as part of the Algiers Declaration on Friendship and Cooperation between Algeria and France, signed in December 2012 by President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika and his French counterpart, Francois Hollande, after his state visit to Algeria.
