27 people killed in an accident along Kenya’s Mombasa-Nairobi highway

27 people confirmed dead and several others injured following head on collision involving a bus and truck on the highway between Nairobi and Kenya’s Mombasa city.

The accident happened in the early morning hours at Kambu along Mombasa-Nairobi Highway.

Local media reports that the accident involved a bus that was bound to Malindi and an oil tanker that was headed to Nairobi form Mombasa.
