South Africa moves closer to finalising nuclear power program

South Africa is edging closer to announcing the final details of its new nuclear power program.

The government is planning to offer a $100 billion contract for the construction of up to 8 nuclear power plants, aimed at addressing the nation’s chronic power shortages. CCTV’s Angelo Coppola reports.
