Three die of nosebleed in southern Tanzania

A team of health scientists is in southern Tanzania investigating the deaths of three people from nosebleeds.

The three were among 11 people who have been diagnosed with the issue.

Tanzania President Suluhu Hassan said the hypothesis was that the disease is associated with impacts of environmental degradation.

According to President Suluhu, environmental degradation, the lives of some wild species have been disrupted, forcing them to go closer to human settlements, thus affecting human health.
