Kenya on Monday received another 210,000 doses of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine from Poland.

The arrival of the doses is set boost to the ongoing COVID-19 vaccination program in the country.

Kenya has so far vaccinated a total of 3,099,807 people.

Broken down 2,270,827 people had taken the first dose while 828,980 had received the full dose.

At the same time, the ministry of health announced that a total of 204 people had tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday raising the total number of COVID-19 cases to 243,929.
