Kenya’s COVID-19 fatalities cross 4,000 mark

Kenya’s health ministry on Wednesday announced that 30 COVID-19 patients have succumbed to the disease, raising the country’s tally of fatalities to 4,025.

A total of 1,335 people have also tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. Kenya now has a total of 206,691 coronavirus cases.

The number of total recoveries is in the country now at 191,188.

on the vaccination front, a total of 1,741,581 COVID-19 vaccines had been administered across the country, 1,071,297 being first doses while 670,284 are second doses.
