Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to receive her at State House, Nairobi on the same day.
Samia will address combined houses of Kenyan Parliament during her visit, this has been confirmed by Tanzanian government spokesperson Gerson Msigwa.
State House Spokesperson Kanze Dena stated that other details of Samia’s visit will be shared in due course.

The Tanzanian leader, who took over from John Pombe Magufuli following his death in March, will come to Nairobi nearly five years since her predecessor made a similar visit.

The two heads of state are also expected to address tariff wars between the two countries that have over the years slowed down trade.

This will be President Samia’s second state visit after her one day state visit in Uganda on April 11.
