Guinean President Alpha Conde and opposition leader Cellou Diallo have met for talks.

It’s been two weeks since violent protests over alleged government corruption rocked the capital. At least half a million people rallied in Conakry to denounce what they say is economic mismanagement by Conde’s government.

One man was shot dead by police and several others were injured.
