Ghana’s third largest political party, Progressive People’s Party, Presidential candidate Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom has named former Miss Ghana Brigitte Dzogbenuku as his running mate for the 2016 Presidential elections reports local media in Ghana.
“We have said we want to encourage the young men and women. We have also said we want jobs jobs jobs…you will understand why I have made this choice because the person I am introducing has gotten experience of doing, doing at the grassroots level…here I am standing with Brigitte Dzogbenuku” Dr. Nduom addressing his party delegates at its headquarters in the Greater Accra region
The 1991 pageant winner, M/s Brigitte is the founder and executive director of Mentoring Women Ghana, a non-profit organization which has been in operation for 12 years. She owns Recreational Facilities Management Company and is a board member of Enactus Ghana, both lucrative companies.
