A car bomb explosion left six people dead and 10 others wounded in El Arish city in Egypt. The bomb that was targeting Egyptian police club in the area exploded early Wednesday.
There has not been a claim to the bomb but it is suspected to be an affiliate of the Islamic State terrorism group. Hundreds of soldiers and police have been killed by the terrorist group in Sinai Province since the army removed Islamist President Mohammed Morsi in 2013 following mass protests against his rule.
Egypt and Russia have refuted claims that ISIL militants ‘brought’ down the Russian airliner that killed all passengers and crew on board.
