South Sudan’s first game in the FIFA world cup qualifier game against Mauritania ended with a draw
The game played in Juba stadium was delayed by a day due to heavy rains in the country

South Sudan and Mauritania were unable to score on Thursday following their previous day short lived match which had both teams score a goal each
The young team will now prepare for the second leg in Mauritania next week. Although South Sudan knows getting to the 2018 World Cup is hard, but playing qualifiers is a step in the close enough.
