Senegal now tops the Confederation of Africa Rugby Tier 1B championships, after beating Mauritius 42-3 on the opening day of the championship. Hosts Uganda got off to a perfect start too, beating Cote d’Ivoire. The six team championship will see the group winner gain promotion to tier 1A. Leon Ssenyange reports.
