Tony Blair called him “a visionary leader” and according to Bill Clinton he’s “one of the greatest leaders of our time”: Paul Kagame has helped steer Rwanda out of the shadow of genocide to become one of Africa’s top investment destinations.

But while the country has been lauded in many respects, it still has major obstacles to overcome.

We caught up with the man himself to discuss some of the biggest challenges the Rwandan president is currently facing.
