The United Nations Security Council has once more reaffirmed its intent to slap sanctions on top South Sudanese individuals. After months of talks, there’s still no agreement between President Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar on forming a unity government. Meanwhile, conflict rages on in the country.
