March 24th marks World Tuberculosis day. The world health organization sets out its strategy for tackling the global disease which blights millions of lives each year. A team of European doctors is preparing to fly out to Uganda to create a clinical blueprint based on the country’s success in dealing with TB. They believe the blueprint could help millions of former TB victims in the world’s poorer nations.
