More than forty people have died in a horrible road accident in Tanzania. The accident involved two lorries and a bus. 23 other people were seriously injured according to police sources.  The accident was a head on collision which occurred when the lorry driver tried to escape a pothole but instead ran into the bus. The lorry which lost control was said to be carrying a container which fell onto the bus crushing many of the bus passengers to death.  Some of the bodies of the passengers got trapped in between the lorries but police  managed to remove them. The Bus was heading to Tanzanian Capital Dar es Salaam from Mbeya when the accident occurred.
