A Chinese carpenter in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, has surprised his neighbors by hitting the road in his manually-made, battery-powered, wooden car.
48-year-old Liu Fulong finished his first #wooden #electriccar back in October, after spending about three months and over $3000 on it.
Recently he’s upgraded his eco-friendly minicar.
The new electric car is 2.5 meters long, 1.3 meters wide and weighs over 350kg. It can run up to 20 kilometers after each charge.
Liu, who only possesses a primary school education, has been a carpenter for three decades.
