Burkina Faso is in transition. Former President, Blaise Compaore, now in exile in Cote d’Ivoire. Blaise Compaoré, who was forced out of office by a popular revolt on October 31, 2014 sensing a power vacuum forcing the military to step in. Lieutenant-Colonel Isaac Zida was picked as interim leader. What is next for Burkina Faso and what does this mean to the former French Colony?
