Nigeria, Cameroon and Cote d’Ivoire are Africa’s representatives to next year’s FIFA women’s world cup in Canada. This is after Cote d’Ivoire beat South Africa 1-nil to finish 3rd at the 9th Africa women’s championships with Nigeria crowned champions while Cameroon finished runners up.
