The first case of Ebola in the US has once again cast the spotlight on the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. Thomas Eric Duncan, the man being treated for Ebola in Texas has just returned Liberia. A situation similar to that of Patrick Sawyer, the Liberian-American man believed to have spread the virus into Nigeria. The two cases are stirring both debate and scrutiny on the effectiveness of screening operations at Monrovia’s airport. Susan Mwongeli reports
