SOUTH Sudan’s Government Shuns Peace Talks

South Sudan’s government has shunned renewed peace talks in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa. President Salva Kiir’s government says it wants a ceasefire deal signed before it can engage. CCTV’s Girum Chala has more.
