Tens of thousands of people, who fled fighting in South Sudan are sheltering in the country’s flood-prone Mingkaman camp. Among them are mothers in need of maternal health care services. The onset of the rainy season last month has not only increased the risk of disease at the camp, but has also put a strain on humanitarian workers struggling to cope with the increasing number of displaced families seeking shelter.
